Jeppe Hein
Jeppe Hein is an artist born in Copenhagen, Denmark on August 1, 1974. Living in Berlin and Copenhagen, Hein is known for his interactive sculptures and installations. In his art, he combines architecture and art to involve the audience in the experience. Blending the traditions of minimalism and conceptual art with interactive experiences, Hein encourages viewers to participate physically and mentally. His works, such as "Modified Social Benches", promote social interaction and integrate art into everyday life. Hein graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and also studied at Städelschule in Frankfurt. He also assisted the renowned artist Ólafur Elíasson. Hein's works are included in the collections of prestigious institutions such as Tate Modern, Centre Pompidou, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
