Daron Mouradian

Daron Mouradian, an Armenian painter born in Yerevan in 1961 and a graduate of the Yerevan Academy of Fine Arts, is a visionary who combines imagination with technique. He has created a unique, surreal and fantastical universe by blending the Eastern tales and mythology that nourished his childhood with the classical techniques of Renaissance masters. His canvases, adorned with circus scenes, imaginary creatures, and grotesque figures, invite the viewer into a timeless theatrical stage while subtly approaching the absurdities of the modern world with fine irony.
