Ece’s “Hope Exhibition” Dream Comes True Through the Collaboration Between Make-A-Wish Türkiye and DG Art Gallery & Project

Make-A-Wish Turkey, which brings hope to children battling serious illnesses by making their wishes come true, and DG Art Gallery & Projects, which supports production and solidarity in the field of contemporary art, are coming together for a meaningful project.

The greatest dream of 9-year-old Ece — who has successfully completed her cancer treatment — was to open her very own art exhibition. That dream is now becoming reality with "Ece's Exhibition of Hope."

Ece, who has a deep love for painting, spent approximately one year working alongside artists from DG Art Gallery & Projects to create a series of truly special works. The exhibition, featuring pieces inspired by hope, happiness, and imagination, aims to draw attention to the healing power of children's dreams.

"Ece's Exhibition of Hope" opens its doors to visitors at DG Art Gallery & Projects on Saturday, May 9th. The opening will be attended by Ece's family and friends, as well as Make-A-Wish Turkey volunteers, team members, and artists from DG Art Gallery & Projects.

Ece also holds a special place in this journey as the 6,020th child to have her wish granted since Make-A-Wish Turkey's founding.

This exceptional project, which places the unifying and healing power of art at its center, aims to shed light on children's hopes while raising awareness across society.

Make-A-Wish Turkey, which has been dedicated since its founding to fulfilling the wishes of children fighting serious illnesses and increasing their joy of living, continues to be a beacon of hope for children everywhere.
